If you deactivate the Google Workspace integration, Substly will immediately stop syncing users, groups, and token data from your domain.
✅ What will remain
Previously synced users will stay in your Substly account.
Any manually added data or tags for those users will be preserved.
You can still manage those users manually within Substly.
❌ What will stop
No more updates from your Google Workspace account will be received.
New users or changes in group memberships will not be reflected in Substly.
SSO token monitoring via the integration will no longer function.
If you want to resume syncing, simply reconnect the integration and reselect the users/groups to sync.
