Can I sync multiple Google Workspace domains?
You can have both an active Google Workspace and an active Microsoft Entra ID integration at once, but not two actively synced Google Workspace domains in the same Substly Entity.
If you use multiple Google Workspace domains, you have two options in Substly:
Use Substly Entities to split your Substly workspace into multiple instances. You can have one active Google Workspace domain per Substly Entity.
Sync one domain, deactivate that integration, and sync the other account afterward.
The first option enables Substly to continuously monitor usage and detect shadow IT, and automatically adds new users in synced groups to Substly.
The second option requires you to manually switch between the domains regularly for the data in Substly to be updated.
