Our general policy regarding integrations is to request only the necessary permissions. We don't gather data for the fun of it, and we don't ask you to give us access to data that we can't turn into value for you as a customer.

Permissions required for Microsoft Entra ID

Read applications - needed for us to sync Services from your domain to your Substly account.

Read all audit log data - needed for us to sync Usage from your domain to your Substly account.

Read directory data - needed for us to sync Usage from your domain to your Substly account. Both the Audit log and the directory are needed.

Read all groups - This is needed to sync groups and members into your Substly account.

Read all users' full profiles - needed for us to sync Users from your domain to your Substly account.

- Read applications - needed for us to sync Services from your domain to your Substly account.
- Read all audit log data - needed for us to sync Usage from your domain to your Substly account.
- Read directory data - needed for us to sync Usage from your domain to your Substly account. Both the Audit log and the directory are needed.
