Once your Microsoft Entra ID integration is installed, you can easily manage it from your Substly account.
What you can do
Review sync status – View the last sync date and its success status.
View synced users and groups – Get a clear overview of what’s currently imported into Substly.
Update synced groups or users – Add or remove groups or specific users to fine-tune who appears in Substly.
Disconnect the integration – Temporarily or permanently disconnect the integration if needed.
Reconnecting or troubleshooting
If your integration stops syncing or shows a warning:
Go to Integrations & Imports> Microsoft Entra ID.
Click "Manage Integration" and follow the prompts to reauthorize access if needed.
