Substly puts you in control of your company's subscriptions, saving you money and effort. This article introduces you to the key concepts within Substly and how to get set up.
Services are the different subscription services that your business uses, such as Office 365, Google G-Suite, Dropbox, Mailchimp, etc. From the main Services page you can click the Add Services button and select the services that you use. Add all the ones you know about first and come back later to add more.
Users are the people within your business who use the different Services. From the main Users page you can click the Add Users button and enter all the people within your business. Once you've added them it's easy to link them to which Services they use.
Spend Details, i.e. what you're charged for using the service. From the main Services page you can click the 'Add details to see spend' buttons against each Service. Once you've entered spend details Substly can show your estimated spend history on the Spend page and upcoming payments on the Upcoming page.
Alerts. For each Service you can set up an Alert so you get reminded by email of any upcoming renewals. Very useful so you don't forget to cancel services in time!
You might also want to configure your Organization Settings, from the top right menu. Here you can edit the name, logo, and home country for your organization. You can also select the Currency that Substly will use to display combined figures, e.g. your Yearly Spend.
