This page grants you access to creating and sending out surveys to users. Select ‘Send survey’ to initiate the survey. Following this, select which users you wish to partake in the survey, and continue by adding your services you wish to receive feedback on.

Users will receive an email and link to the survey. Once submitted, you can view the survey results in addition to when the response was submitted. Send a reminder through Substly in the case that a user has not responded to your survey.
