The Off-boarding page presents you with information on select individuals being off-boarded from Substly. This page gives you an overview of which services off-boarded individuals are still users of, in addition to their selected end date.

To off-board a user, navigate to the All Service Users page. Select Actions for any specified user, then Offboard user.

Send removal request allows you to ping owners of services to remove the off-boarded individuals from the respective services. The date the removal request was sent is then presented on the page.

Send reminder to owners in order to remind them of removing the off-boarded individuals from their access to respective services.
