To get started, either select Add Services or Quick Add. The first option allows you to add services through transactions import, via integrations, or by simply browsing Substly’s service database. The Quick Add option, on the other hand, allows you to directly add services to the All Services page, serving as an option for quickly populating this page.

Alternatively, if you have already integrated towards your Active Directory, a third option presents itself, allowing you to regularly add new services that are synced with your AD.

Select Edit columns for a more customized view of your licenses. Decide and choose whether you want to see spend details, service owner, service users, renewal date, or set alerts. Furthermore, use the Search feature to immediately locate a specific service.

Select any service for a more comprehensive view of the license. On the service page, you can analyze plans, usage, spend history, in addition to adding personalized notes and attachments.
