Why Determine Service Ownership?
Determining ownership of services is essential for implementing a clear structure and view of your services, as well as enabling and facilitating a comprehensive license audit.
If you have recently set up your account, you will likely find your first optimization opportunities already in this step by discovering orphaned services and licenses that can be canceled or revoked.
Editing Service Owners
Navigate to Services > Approved Services
Click on the three dots under Actions
Select Change Owner, and designate a new owner for the selected service
Repeat these steps for each respective service to complete your ownership audit
If a service has several plans, ownership can be edited for each respective plan
