To add services to your account, start by navigating to Services > All Services. Proceed by carrying out either of the 4 described methods below.

Adding services to Substly can be completed through various methods, depending on you what fits your situation best.


Method 1 - New Integration with Active Directory

This method works best for new accounts that have not yet integrated with their AD.

  1. In the top left corner, select Add Services > Via integrations

  2. Select either Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID

  3. Run a sync with either AD and follow the steps in order to integrate services from your AD into Substly


Method 2 - Existing integration with Active Directory

This method works best for accounts that have an active integration with their AD.

  1. In the top left corner, select either Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID

  2. Continue by selecting which Services you would like to sync from your AD


Method 3 - Quick Add

This method works best for accounts looking to add users without an AD integration.

  1. In the top left corner, select Quick Add

  2. Search for a service

  3. If the service is active in Substly's vendor database, select Add

  4. If the service isn't found, select Create new. Type in Service name and Website URL to create service.

  5. To quickly bulk add services, select Add Services > Browse Services and repeat the previous steps


Method 4 - Transactions Import

This method works best for accounts that also want to upload transaction data to respective services.

  1. In the top left corner, select Add Services > Transactions import

  2. Select New Import

  3. Follow the given instructions and import a file in accordance to the file requirements
