Alerts can be set in order to stay informed of upcoming renewals. Setting an alert will notify selected users by email a set time period before the upcoming renewal.

To set an alert, follow these simple steps:

  1. Select a service you want to set an alert for.

  2. Click on the Alerts tab.

  3. Select the button to create a new alert.

  4. You will then be prompted to choose whether you want the alert to be recurring or one-time. A recurring alert will notify you before every renewal, while a one-time alert will only notify you once.

  5. Next, select how many days or weeks before the renewal you want to be notified. This will determine when the email notification will be sent.

  6. You can then select the recipients of the notification. This if often a service owner or a designated service admin.

  7. If you have any additional information or notes, you can add them in the designated field.

  8. Finally, click Save to activate the alert. Recipients will now receive a notification via email when the set time period before the renewal is due.

That's all there is to it! By setting alerts for your upcoming renewals, you can ensure that you never miss an important deadline and stay on top of all your service renewals. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for help.
